Well, after not honoring the coupon on the order, I had asked to cancel the order. within minutes. There were three items: the sale item I originally logged on to purchase, and two additional regular price irems I added do the the alleged free shipping. They would not cancel the non sale itmes, and finally canceled the sale item even though I had specifically stated that I wanted to cancel all or none of the items.
This is the WORST site with non responsive customer service, and they do NOT honor the sale proces and coupons which are posted.
