Tivo has just introduced their new TiVo Premiere DVR from $300. It has cut price of previous generation DVRs ($50 cut on Series 3 Tivo HD and $100 cut on Tivo HD XL).
Premiere basic model at $300, records 45 hours of HD video (25 hours ore than series 3 Tivo HD), Premiere XL w/ 150 hours of HD for $500.
They totally revamped interface and Internet capability. as you type in it will search your recorded videos, TV stations, Youtube videos, Amazon on Demand, BlockBuster On Demand, and Cable On Demand channels (if your cable company supports it).
QWRTYY keyboard on remote, Enternet and 802.11g/n connections.
