xpBargains.com received a DMCA notice from an agent representing CVS. They claim that our CVS deal posts have infringed CVS’s intellectual property rights and asked us to remove all "all unauthorized copies" of CVS coupons.
However, we only describe the fact that there are certain CVS coupons available and merely provided links to either CVS.com or third party websites. An example deal post looks like this:
