Microsoft finally announced their upgrade to Xbox 360: Xbox 360 Elite. It has all black finish and features cooler 65nm processor. It will includes a 120GB hard drive, built-in HDMI port, HD cable, wireless controller, and an Xbox Live headset. Still no built-in HD-DVD.

It will be released to the US market on 4/29 for $480. More pictures and information on Gizmodo.
