Review Summary: My pc jack is loose and I can't charge my battery. This machine is 1 year old. Best buy is full of no IQ geek sqad or either they just love avoiding my questions and concerns. I've gotten 6 different answers to my pc jack question.
Gateway is NO HELP. This part cannot be replaced. If it screws up, you're screwed. I'll buy any other brand of computer next time.
