Over All: On-Time Delivery: Customer Service:		their 100% guaranteed memory almost destroied my system

		Summary: They not only guaranteed 100% quality or money back, but advised and scared me against buying from another source. So I bought 2 GB X 2 of ddr sdRam apparently designed for my xw8000 (it was a Mitsubishi logo). The memory worked for 1 day; the next day my buzzer alarm would not stop. I rebooted the system so many times (not knowing).Until I called HP, and they explained the memory was causing the whole problem. Customer service charged me the return chipping, and said they would not have to charge me if I got an exchange. I almost damaged a brand new workstation! So the 100% money back is the same as most stores, and it doesn't cover the chipping. I will not buy from this website again and risk having this problem again.
