Summary: A1 wireless is a scam company which should be reported to BBB. Why don't all the people who are deceived file a case with BBB because this company thrives on lying about our rebate documents. I sent everything by priority mail and they indicate that the wireless bill is missing. This is a lie as the employees there are trained to be rude to customers and not to give back the rebates. It looks to be a epidemic. Let us do something about it. Is this a land of opportunity or deceit |

Summary: Never sent the rebates. I was ripped off completely after purchasing a family plan. The service was worse and people were very very rude to me over the phone and also threatened me that they will not send me the rebates, which actually happened. I will file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEIR PLANS ARE VERY VERY VERY VERY DECEPTIVE. |

Summary: I agree with the previous review. Never got my rebates back. Customer Service was very rude. Very bad experience. Total rip-off. Stay away from them. |

Summary: They don’t live up to what they say, the customer experience is really poor and you never get back your rebate. This was my experience with them after submitting all the rebate details along with my third month bill, they would give you an answer like your third month bill did not arrive and so you do not qualify for the offer anymore. |
