Summary: Agent called and claimed to be from Dish Networks customer service department, which is completely untrue. Promised 720p standard, which they cannot do, local HD channels, which they cannot do, and 30 day cancellation with no penalties which they will not honor. Installer did a poor job.
They will not take customer service calls or e-mails, but insist that they can charge cancellation fees which they promised would not happen, and their website states that you can cancel within 30 days with no penalty.
I will be reporting these guys to BBB Online, FCC, and others.

Summary: This company is located in Springfield Missouri, and its a good thing, otherwise I'd be over there beating the piss out of them.
I ordered a two room setup, for "free" undere a one year subscription. The equipment never came! No biggie, I order from somebody else. Now ALLSAT charges $350 on my credit card because I didn't sign up with them. $295 cancellation charge, plus $49 security deposit. Credit card won't refund the money, because I signed a paper saying I'd mail some stupid form back that comes with the equipment that I NEVER GOT!
ALLSAT says they will not refund under any circumstance, because I should have waited for the equipment. Well how long am I supposed to wait, 100 Years! These guys are real ass holes about it to... They take your money, AND treat you like shit on the phone.
