Summary: Hi this is for anyone that has or wants to buy from Bidz.com. I just wanted to let you know that if you buy something from Bidz.com, there is a way for you to get a free PS3. Sign up at http://www.YourPS34free.com/index.php?ref=3663083 and complete the Bidz offer. If you do the refereral system then you only need to buy one thing, no matter how cheap, (use free shipping time) from Bidz.com and then you are done. Only cost about 2-3 dollars plus you get the jewelry. You do need to sign up for a new Bidz.com account but you can use your same shipping address and credit info if you already have an account, just use a different email. Summary: I shopped on ebidz.com because I found a coupon on their site. The coupon was not working at final check out. After finally talking to a representative they told me that their IT department made a mistake and I had to pay full price. They refused to correct the issue, refused a supervisor, the representative kept repeating the same thing, they would not answer my questions and they cancelled my order. I didn't even ask her to and was quite pleasant because I was hoping that that she could help me. I will never ever use this site again! |

Summary: I was the high bidder on a necklace at bidz.com and when the auction closed, I did not get a confirmation, so I called customer service long distance, held for over 20 minutes and was assured that it would be taken care of. They agreed that I was the high bidder. The next day, I got an email informing me that the auction was cancelled. This is not the way to run an "absolute" auction. |
