Summary: They made a mistake inputting my bank account number. I contacted them three times and changed to a credit card. A week later, I got a collection notice from their bank clearing house Certegy that I have been put into a national check database as a dishonored check writer! I never wrote a check, never have had insufficient funds, and received another one of their letters less than two weeks before that admitted their mistake! Never do business with this company. Netflix is much, much better |
