Summary: I shopped bluefly twice. The first time my item arrived in two weeks because of a mysterious 'warehouse' problem. In response they gave me a 10% off coupon. So, I thought ok, the worst that can happen is a delayed order.
Then, I used this coupon to purchase a suit--before I purchased a polo shirt nothing big. So I ordered my suit, waited almost two weeks (note that two weeks for shipping is the norm, not an anomily) for the suit. When I got it, I thought this doesn't look quite like what I order, but after two weeks I wanted to check my memory before complaining. I checked the bluefly website and zoomed in on my items photos. Sure enough, it was the wrong suit because the strips where not the same color or design (solid strip vs strip of lots of dots to look solid). But to be 100% sure, I checked the suit labels looking for a model/style number. Of course there was none, but I did find out that the suit sent was 100% cotton; I ordered a 100% wool suit! So, I wasn't crazy and my old age hadn't gotten to me, but it was once again a mess up from Bluefly.com.
Because of both horrible experiences not only with the clothes but with the customer service and shipping, I recommend that buyers BEWARE. From my experience, bluefly is not only a discount seller but they aim to discount service, products, and your entire shopping experience.
