 Summary: I made a purchase from cingular for a prepaid phone. The first mail that came said that the phone will be delivered in 2 to 3 days time. One week later and the phone is still not shipped. Their emails have no contact email ids or phone numbers to enquire regarding the order. If you go to cingular site, you cannot get a contact email id without having a cingular phone number. If you phone their generic phone number the first branch keeps asking you whether you want to buy a new phone/plan or whether you have a existing cingular number. In my case, where the situation is neither the situation is hopeless. I would never suggest anybody to buy from cingular's website. |

 Summary: i went to the store in the lafrontera shopping area last november after i had a terrible mess with my billing , the young lady there really took time out to go through the whole bill with me, which customer service had neglected to do. i really appreciate the customer service i received from that sales rep. to her old customers are as valuable as the new.. |
