Summary: DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Yes, their prices are competitive and the ease of ordering is fine... but if you have a problem watch out!! I purchased a digital camera and they were great on the front end of getting the sale - it was when there was a problem that their true colors showed.
FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. Then the next day they went and retrieved my camera and delivered it the following night. The box had been opened the SD card was not inside and the camera had been powered on and the reflective inner mirror had fingerprints. I have tried repeatedly and sat on hold for over 25 minutes trying to get a new product. It made me realize if I ever had a problem with it how would I ever get it fixed - the post sale service is the worst I have ever encountered in online shopping. So, I am returning the camera back to my local circuit city and making a claim with my credit card company on the charge for the SD - it is 12 days after deliver and not one person from Circuit City has called back after four different attempts on different days. They have great service up front to get the sale but after if you have any problems they slither back into the woodwork not to be seen from again. |

Summary: I placed the order online for in-store pickup. Everything was ready when I arrived in about 1/2 hour. I have also had products shipped from Circuit City and have had no problems.
