Summary: They definitely pull bait and switch tactics. If the price is too good to be true then you can bet they'll just cancel your order and try to sell you something else that's not nearly as good of a deal. |

Summary: I orderd a $450 toshiba laptop from this company on New Years Eve. It was accepted, confirmed, and would be delivered in 3-4 days. Two days later, I checked the tracking and the item was said to be cancelled. I called the customer support, and they told me they made a price mistake and that they would not honor it. Anyway, to make long story short, I told them that if they did not honor, I would go to the BBB, as well as others. Their supervisor responded by telling me to "do what you gotta do". So now I will, and this lousy company will pay more now than they did had they honoring the deal.
Bottom line, I recommend that you do not shop here, and if you do, make sure to read their policies, as they have found almost every way possible to protect themselves from Bait and Switch as well as anything else illegal that they do! |
