Horrible Customer service....

Summary: Ordered a enclosure which arrived and was not functioning... only the lights would turn on.
Called them for an entire day atleast once every 30 mins... answering machine tells you they are busy.
Left message no return call and Emailed their Service department and no answer.
They have a 20-30% restocking fee which is unheared of. and they have only a 3 day grace period for returns ... however they dont respond until your time is up.
Would NEVER shop with them again. My loss was $31 but I will make sure they will have more than $31 damage to their reputation.
