Summary: This is the worst of the worst. I mean, you might as well use eBay. Remember their real stores? Two words why the online version has replaced them. No returns.
None. Not ever.
I bought a SLOOH 12 month membership through Discovery Store, online. They advertised, "unlimited minutes", as opposed to 90 or 120 minutes. In reality, I got 25 minutes/week, and after 6 months the subscription expired. SLOOH never responded to emails, phone calls, certified letters, etc.
So, I complained to the Discovery Store that the product was never as advertised and I only received 1/2 of it. "Sorry, sir. There's nothing we can do." And they STILL run the same ad., saying "unlimited minutes". I wrote their officer for corporate ethics, and he never responded. I complained twice, three months apart. No help either time.
Bottom line, you think when you buy through here you're getting more than you would than if you had got it from an anonymous person on eBay that only tells you to call the third party if there's a problem. You don't. That's exactly what you get from the Discovery Store Online. And it cost more.
Typical .com. Add a "service" fee, give you none, and say it's better than their real stores were. In a real store, they call advertising products that you know don't fit the description a crime. Can you imagine buying a gallon of milk, getting it home and finding out it's 1/2 empty, and the store tells you to contact the dairy, that there's nothing they can do? Welcome to the world of .coms! It really is a whole new paradigm in marketing.
