Summary: When I was contacted about signing up for Dish Pronto, I was told by MULTIPLE representative for Dish Pronto that I would receive a free $1000 online shopping spree for ANY WEBSITE I wanted. I called multiple times to clarify this and get the rebate online. The representative intially did not even know the website of the rebate form. It was not until I talked with a gentleman from Dish Pronto's rebate center that in fact it was ONE single website that offered a SELECT number of products. Dish Pronto's representatives do not talk with the technitians nor the rebate center to validate the information they give out. I strongly discourage you to do any business with Dish Pronto. The technician who came out to install my service also advised me against going with Dish Pronto, and I have heeded his warning! I cancelled my service today!
