Summary: I placed an order on January 6th for two plastic Razr V3 clip-on covers in Laser Red. The website states "Usually ships the same business day." 10 days later I received 2 covers in a clear blue color - not Laser Red as I ordered or as is shown on my receipt.
I emailed them on January 17th and again on the 19th and I have never received any response at all. I have also called their phone number (which, by the way, the do NOT list on their website) over half a dozen times and have never gotten anything but the automated system. I left a message with my name, phone number and order number, but never received a return call.
I will never shop at this store again. |

Summary: I placed an order with Eforcity on 12/6/07.
I never recieved the item. I have emailed them 5 times and only once recieved an email saying it was shipped. After emailing over and over, I have recieved no other replies and have been forced to dispute my order with PayPal.
I wish I researched this company first and read all of the horrible reviews regarding exactly the same things I am dealing with. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Do not honor this company with your business. Take it somewhere that cares. |
