 Summary: Lost part of my order, promised replacement after 3 weeks or back-and-forth, then more delays, still not arrived after 5 weeks. Customer service is awful, they just repeat the same lies. |

 Summary: None of their customer service numbers work. They do not answer the phone. Takes weeks to get things resolved or if they do get resolved. |
