Scam artist. Rude and close to illegal business practive

Summary: This all started a while back when they ran their TV ad for a nice coffee maker. SO I took the bait and ordered it up along with the coffee. Everything arrived fine. Good so far. I received the coffee as well. 4 boxes worth. I go through one box a month. the following month I recieve 4 more boxes. Holy Cow. I need to adjust this so I get on their website and register. I change my settings to stop automatic delivery for 4 months. Following month I receive another 4 boxes! I check the website and my settings have changed! I change them again. Made sure I saved it. Double checked it and they were ok. One week later I check the website again to make sure nothing has changed. My settings were changed back to the original!!! I received another shipment. Folks, this is over $32.00 for each shipment!!!!!
I call and canel. Come Chrisman I receive 4 boxes of their holiday blend. WHAT! Anothe 32.00 charged to my credit card. I call up and speak with Terry in customer service. VERY RUDE I may add. He explains that I canceled my regular shipment but not my holiday shipment. He says that out of 5 million customers I am the only one to complain. Yeah right! He also says that they CREATE automatically TWO accounts for each customer. One for regular shipments and the other for holiday shipments. He alleges that I was notified by postcard. He has no proof and I certainly never received a post card. Since then I received 2 phone calls soliciting orders for more coffee even though I told them to stop calling and close my account.
Next step-report them to the FTC.

Do NOT buy from them unless you want to be hassled.
