confusing website, poor customer service

Summary: The godaddy customer service was awful. I have a godaddy account and manage several domains with godaddy. I had a problem where godaddy charged my credit card for services they did not perform. I sent eight (8) emails to godaddy explaining the situation and asked them to refund my credit card and they would not honor a refund. I think they are not running an honest business. I would not recommend godadddy to anyone. Their website is confusing where it is difficult to tell if you are logged into your account when accessing services and features. godaddy charges users credit cards and then does not perform the service.
