 Summary: Intelliflix Lost DVD Policy: if they say that they did not receive their DVD from you, they will charge you $25 ($50 for games). DVD quality: poor. A third of the discs I received were unplayable (scratched, broken). Delivery time: 1-2 weeks average. Customer service: poor. No phone service, only e-mail, and the turnaround on e-mail responses averaged 2-3 business days, and were written on a level of grade school grammar.
I am sorry I didn't Google-search the words "Intelliflix" and "complaints" before I signed on to a one-year membership. |

 Summary: I believe in Intelliflix and the quality of service that we provide. If I did not I would not be putting my name out there. Our goal is to provide the Intelliflix Customer with a great service at a great price … To give our customers the ‘Ultimate Online DVD Rental Experience’.

 Summary: I have been a member of the 2 other companies and no one comes close to the quality of service I have with Intelliflix. I am on the 3 out plan and I always have at least 2 on hand with the third on the way to me. Out of 70 titles only one was damaged and the Post Office took responsiblity for that. I have even purchased the plan for my InLaws. I have already received 2 extra months of membership for refering 2 friends who love it too!!

 Summary: I just signed up and I love it. I get so many movies I can't watch them all. When I send a movie back I go into my account and mark that I sent it back and the next day a movie goes out. I saved lots of money too on my plan. I have had no problems. I watch my movies, send them back and they send a new movie...it's that simple. |
