Summary: I made an online order for 5 items on Dec 6th, after the order was not filled for TWO WEEKS on the 20th they informed me ALL of the items I ordered were out of stock! What a Christmas present huh. I could not believe the inept service I received, the web site looks nice and is easy to navigate, but beware of actually trying to order anything and feel that you will receive it. I feel complelled to share this frustrating situation. "Customer service" offered nothing but we are sorry for waiting two weeks thinking you will get your selected items. |
