Summary: 1) I'm able to rent both HD DVD's and Blu-Ray discs.
2) Turn-around time is usually 1-2 days (from Atlanta).
3) I've had a few discs either lost or stolen, and Netflix stepped me through reporting through USPS and did not penalize me in any way.
4) They advance ship immediately any disc that's unplayable.
5) I just watched Zach Galifinakis Live on their website VOD.
For me, Netflix rules...highly recommended. |

Summary: Netflix started my membership really good, but after the 2nd month the movies that I have requested have "long wait" under availability. I have send them suggestions but to no avail. Will be my last month with them. I rate them awful in availability of first run movies and awful in time of shipping... |
