Summary:
I just signed up with Onesuite service last week and my calls are all good. I need a temporary long distance service because we just moved out and we don't have landline at the moment. Onesuite VoIP is a great alternative for home phones @ $2.95/month and we only pay for outgoing calls aside from the monthly service fee.
I can't say much more because it's been only a couple of weeks since we started using Onesuite but so far we are satisfied and we are getting our money's worth. I might edit this review if there's anything more to add. |

Summary: I started using Onesuite since 2003 and I've been a loyal customer to them because I get very good service and their rates are cheap.
Customer service is available 24/7 either by email or phone call. Even if you are outside US you can call their toll free support by using the Onesuite VoIP service and the call is free.
Definitely will recommend to friends and families. |

Summary: When I first started using Onesuite it is purely a calling card/dial around service. Now they got tons of other services at a very affordable prices. How about unlimited incoming fax through your computer at just one dollar a month that comes with a local fax number? Or a prepaid VoIP service for only $2.95/month with unlimited incoming calls too.
They also have forwarding services that may come handy in the future for me. I like the most where everything can be set up or configured online to save me the trouble from calling their customer support and just do it myself.
Rates are very competetive and customer service are 24/7. I really can not ask for more. |

Summary: I have been using Onesuite way back in 2002 when online phone cards are few. The thing that made me sign up with Onesuite back then was its online access for everything. I mean I can always do everything online with my account, I can add money to it, check my calls made, change info on my account, add a number in my online phone book etc.
I also tried using other phone cards available to compare rates but I always end up going back to Onesuite because of their cheaper rates and better reliability. It's been 5 years already and I still find Onesuite to be among the best out there. |

Summary: I am a fairly new user but I am more than satisfied with Onesuite's service. You really can never ask for more for its price/rate. Some phone cards or providers can provide the same service too but you pay more with their rates. Some can even give you a lower rate than Onesuite but most of the time the service is terrible.
Onesuite is the best bang for the buck. Affordable and yet very good. Somehow I thought I would never use those 2 words in the same sentence. |

Summary: All in all Onesuite Phone Card offers great service, cheap, fast, convenient and very good customer service.
It's also got a whole lot of features that traditional calling cards doesn't have: speed dial, voice prompt, fax and voice mail capability, broadband access (aka voip), 24/7 customer service, int'l access numbers, and sign-up and recharging via either PayPal or Credit card.
With the added voip feature, now I can even make calls through a computer and it comes handy when I'm not at home or if somebody is using our landline.
Would definitely recommend this service to friends and I have.

Summary: Many in my family live in Asia, so, of course, rates there from the US are a big factor. I looked around and found Onesuites were some of the best combined with little hassle. I still can't believe the difference in charges. If you've ever called a friend or family member frequently from one country to another you will know what I mean. The difference for me has been a drop in phone bills by a factor of ten. Even at such low prices, connection and call quality has been good to excellent which at sometimes you don't really expect to get. Onesuite didn't compromised their call quality even if they have one of the best rates in the market.
Now they just got better with the addition of VoIP in their service and instead me calling my family, they can now call me on my cell phone or landline here in the U.S. using Onesuite VoIP service. Savings and convenience at its best. |

Summary: The ONLY long-distance service that makes life easier no matter if home (wherever home is) or traveling. Very simple sign-up process and recharging is a snap. Will take only mintues. The service is very dynamic. That is, after calling you can instantly review your account and see how much was spent and how much you have left.
Many in my family live in India, so, of course, rates there from the US are a big factor. I looked around and found onesuites were some of the best combined with little hassle. I also travel quite often within the US. It always comes in quite handy. I don't understand why traveling businessman would go anywhere without one. Ever try to call from a hotel and you need to know for sure that you'll get through?
Many people complain about dialing so many numbers to make a call. ZipDial and RapidDial have made it very easy once they were introduced to me.
Onesuite is an honest company with excellent customer service. I requested a credit for one reason or another. A credit was promptly given. Still some people will complain. Any service will have problems. Don't let that fool you. Onesuite goes out of their way (in my opinion) to provide a very excellent service for their customers. |

Summary: My wife and I use this service to call family in Argentina and are very happy with it. If you make a significant number of long distance calls this service cannot be beat for overall savings. I have never had a problem servicing my account or with connectivity and we speak with our families regularly. |

Summary: Using this service for a couple of years now. Rates are unbelievable (2.9 cents/min), some areas have local access codes which cost even less (2.5 cents/min), connection is almost always available, zipdial allows one to skip dialing the PIN, and international rates are good too. The customer service is fantastic -- any calls that don't go thru are immediately reimbursed with just one email online, no hassle. |
