ALERT! FALSE ADVERTISING AT PUBLISHERS PIPELINE

Summary: They were 10 days late and charged me for 3 day service. They are organized so that you cannot return a product, despite all the customer friendly language on their website. Paul Jacobson, president, boasts that you can reach him directly if there is a problem. He does not answer the phone, nor responds to messages. The on-line "Amy" whom you are supposed to get a return number from in order to return the product within 30 days, does not provide it. The Publisher's Pipeline phone # is also a dead end - no one responds to messages. The address on their website is not a deliverable address according to the U.S. Postal Service. You cannot reach them via the fax number on their website.
