 Summary: placed an online order, got an email saying the order would be automatically canceled. when i called, got the ubiquitous incompetent indian with no authority to do anything but say 'i'm sorry but there's nothing i can do' and of course there was no supervisor available. this store is downright awful and has lost my business forever. i hope they go out of business soon (and at this rate, i'm sure they will).... |

 Summary: This is a HORRIBLE store, the customer service couldn't have been worse. They were just rude, I was asking about one of their products and they just were plain rude with no intention of helping. Horrible store, I would never shop there! |

 Summary: Something I just cannot figure out. What kind of a camera store would sell a photo printer but not the ink cartridges? Bought an Epson R260 from Ritz because I needed a printer NOW. They had the printer that I liked for an okay price. Went back to get ink cartridges and they looked at me like I was an idiot. They just plain don't have em.' What's up with that? You would think that a national camera store chain would supply the accessories you need for a product that they sell. Not so with Ritz. They just cannot seem to get it right. |

 Summary: I dropped off a disc at the Ritz Camera store on Tremont Street in Boston to get Christmas cards made. Within one day they lost my disc, and were less then sorry about it. How can they lose a customer's disc???? The manager was like "oh well, they must have thrown it away". I told him it was poor management to allow that to happen. Then he said, no word of a lie, "the people who work here are kind of stupid, and the clerk probably had something else on his mind". HELLO!!???? NEVER NEVER NEVER shop at Ritz Camera!!!! |

 Summary: pre-ordered xbox 360 on 10-3-05 and when system was released, i didn't get a 360. Excuse was that they didn't get enough from suppliers and knew 2 weeks prior to release, but did not let customers know so they could camp out. they are still taking orders for the accessories, but those they don't have in stock either based upon information i got out of the supervisor of the 877 number. |

 Summary: They suck!!!! i tried buying a camera Canon Sd20 for the price qouted, but they wouldnt sell it to me bec i did not buy any accessories. What a scam!!!, I finally agreed to upgrade and they bait and switched me. Also they went ahead and overcharged me and taht caused me to pay overdraft fees on my credit card.!!!
I DO NOT PLAN TO BUY FROM THERE AGAIN!!!
