		Summary: I purchased a pool table on january 26th delivery was great.Installation was AWFUL Ihad to call 4 times before someone called me back. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Then when they did come(Feb 11) The table had a broken leg. I called that night so the order could be placed for the leg and called the next day to make sure the order was placed He said Im all set.After more then ten calls to the store and dist. office my leg came March 3rd.The packing slip says the order was called in Feb 24 now I know what was takeing so long.WORSE THEN AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE(WTACS).Do I want to shop at sears again? Im having a hard time seeing myself in a Sears store in the future spending my Hard earned money for WTACS.W/the customer service I recieved I belive sears has more customers then they can tend to and Im sure they would prefer I take my business elseware.And by the way this is my second review I wonder where the first one went? maybe we only post good reviews and that would explain why it says be the first to review . THANX
