 Summary: I bought a pair of shoes that I only wore a few times before the sole started coming off, but because I asked to exchange them after the 60 day return period, they wouldn't take them back. It's one thing if I just changed my mind and wanted to return them. It's another thing when a $60 pair of shoes is defective and they still won't take them back. I will stick with Zappos.com. |
