 Summary: 5/24/10, i ordered a 7-Port USB High-speed Hub with Splitter Cable. The amount was 6.32 with California tax included. I wait two weeks later and got no item. i contacted them. They said it should be there in a day or two. The next week, no item. I emailed them again. No response. So i called in as they are in the same state. i was told i should get it in a few days. I told her i been waiting and was told the same thing last week. I then asked for tracking, she said no tracking as item was in China. But she can put a trace for it after a week of shipment. I said can she do that as it has been weeks. She said she dont want to do that and told me just until it comes. I then asked for a refund since it has been weeks. She said no and if i want my money back, call my credit card and hung up on me.
--6/25/2010: Now is over a month since i ordered and paid. No item at all. I sent them emails to ask about order and trace but they won't response. They also lied to the Better Business Bureau saying it has not been 3 weeks when in fact i has been over a month. I still have the original order that was emailed to me and the statement from my Credit Card. I dont even think they ship out anything to me. The guys are |

 Summary: My worst experience with a printer toner seller ever. Shipping was quite slow. Then toner cartridge turned out to be defective (after one month/10% use). I called, but I have to return the product first, which would leave me without a working printer for at least two weeks--unacceptable for a small business. Shop4tech was not willing to problem solve with me. Moreover, even though the product was defective, I have to pay for the shipping to return the item. Ridiculous! |

 Summary: I don't know what the person that gave a 1-star rating to Shop4Tech is all about, but he/she obviously doesn't know anything about DVD media. The V mainly stands for "Versatile" hence "Digital Versatile Disc", not "Video". Anyway, you might want to also check for COMPATABILITY. Not all media works with every drive (obviously), but can easily be fixed by a firmware upgrade.
Anyway, I've bought a 100-pack DVD-R 2x media from them and have gone through almost 30 of them with only 3 turning out to be coasters. But that's only because I was trying to test how much faster I can push the drive/media before it fails (about 50% chance of failure on my ND-2500A drive). Course the discs I bought are only 2x certified, so I'm still happy about it. Anyway, I do recommend this seller! |

 Summary: I would not recommend this store to anybody. I received my order only to discover that the DVD-R 4X disk would not work in my DVD Video Recorder. I called customer service and told them that the disk would not work in my device and the rep gave me an RMA number and told me to send the disk back. He also said that IF and WHEN you received the product back then you would refund my money to my PayPal account, and chuckled (kind of laughing). I asked about the return shipping arrangements and he said that that was up to me. As far as the disk being compatible the rep told me that the disk would not work with video. Excuse me, what do you think the V stands for in DVD. I use DVD-R 4X disk in my device all the time, I use Maxell and several other generic brands, never had a problem before. As for as me paying the return shipping charges of twelve dollars well who ever heard of such a thing and I buy stuff direct ALL THE TIME, Cruthfield includes a return label with every purchase. These guys stink on this I have sent the product back, paid them for the product, paid UPS and have nothing, no money, and no product and have spent $92.00. Not a very good deal for me now is it. All I have is a Customer Service Rep being rude to me on the phone. |
