		Summary: I sent a VCR tape to Sony Imagestation after I read that VCR tapes were not long lasting media. I chose Sony ImageStation becuase of the Sony name and because they had a secure system where they sent you an envelope registered with the USPS to send your valuable tape to them. Sony lost the tape (which included footage of our last family vacation before my husband died). Then for 4 months they gave me the run around between their on-line support, e-mail status and phone calls. They lied to me on many occasions and said they had the tape. They have never produced the tape or the DVD's that I paid them for. Do not trust your valuable memories to these people.
