 Summary: This is the same person from before. I was finally able to contact the Customer Service via the phone number today and found out that the Shipping Department lost my order. The lady said that she will put in my order again and will send me a confirmation email when it has been shipped. Although I am still not likely to shop here again (unless of course they have something for really cheap), I do bump up my OTDelivery, CS & Overall scores a notch. |

 Summary: The customer service in this place is horrible. I placed my order for a TV Tuner (which they said they had 2 of) on 11/16/06. 10 days later, the shipping status has not changed (I don't even know if they processed my order) and quite frankly I have no clue when it will arrive (if it does arrive). I have tried contacting them via multiple email address multiple times (none of which I actually got a response to) and their phone number is useless as it is just a recording that tells you if you have any problems, email them. I would cancel my order and just buy it at TigerDirect (where, coincidently, they sell it cheaper), but I'm afraid I won't get my money back and it will just screw up my order even more. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. |
