Summary: The VERIZON DSL Tech Support is AWFUL, Service is AWFUL!! There are no local DSL Stores within a reasonalbe travel distance. So you can not drive a store or talk face to face with a customer service representative regarding technical problems, installation problems, billing problems, etc. The Verizon tech support people are in India, and the Phillipeans and other locations. They speak poor English which makes it difficult to understand and they do not know how to help you with serious issues. There is no immediate supervisor on duty who you can talk with and one really cares or wants to truly help you with a difficult problem. The tech just pass you on to someone else in the loop where you have to start over and over again from scratch. | | | Would shop in this store again: YES | | |
