Confusing/inaccesible Billing an Features information

Summary: I purchased a E815 motorola with Verizon. I was assured 2nd day delivery of the phone and Bluetooth. It took 2 weeks and many phone calls to receive the phone.it arrived without the bluetooth, which took Many more phone calls and another 5 days. I also signed up for the VCast valupak because the salesman made the features, such as free ringtone downloads, music downloads, ability to watch TV from the E815 "VCast" phone. However, after several months of paying the extra $30.00 per month for this "Privelege". I had been unable to sucessfully perform any of these. I thought it was because I had not spend the couple of hours to go through the instructions and must be doing something wrong. I finally went to the motorola website, after having no luck finding any help in verizons, only to find that according to motorola, Verizon is no longer supporting this model. I have only had it since mid July! I then tried the automated menu from the *611 Verizon option. There was no help in the automate message, not even an option to dial 0 for operator. I did anyway and talked to a real person, who told me that oh, sorry that it is a VCast phone but only supports text messaging not music or TV. But I was getting 25 "Free" text messages a month for only $30.00. I was also promised that I would be able to easily "step down" the plan or feature on-line or through the phone's auto menu, only to be told by the "Live" Employee that you must call and take a lucky guess as to how to get through to them and tell the person that you want a feature removed. I think this is very unscruppuless.

Summary: Verizon undoubtedly has the WORST customer service in my opinion. When I last visited the store, I had a problem and went to the customer service line... I waited for 20 (TWENTY) minutes to be helped, and during that time a customer who was chummy with the manager and some of the staff came in and was actually helped before I was. The woman who helped him certainly could have seen me waiting for some attention... but I guess they play favorites at the store -- and because of that, I am no longer a Verizon customer and do not plan to be one again.
