Summary: I saw the other reviews, and I must say, my experience has been completely different. Maybe because their reviews are dated back when VistaPrint was still a smaller company, but all my recent orders have been on-time or early, and as advertised. Their 100 free post card deal is great. I am definitely going to re-order my products with them as they have the best prices and good quality products. |

Summary: I ordered 250 Premium Cards for $9.99 through a promo recently, or at least that's what I thought. During the order process their site showed the correct amount of $9.99 all the way until I entered my CC information. Then the next page, which is the receipt page, showed a price of $19.99. First I tried their email customer server, then the phone customer service. After two months of trying to get credit for the $10.00 I just gave up. It wasn't that the $10.00 was such a huge deal, it's the principal of the whole thing.
Very unimpressed with this company! I won't ever do business with them again and I try to spread the "stay away" word with my associates |

Summary: Everything is great until you have a problem, then they stop returning your emails and phone calls. Horrible customer service. |
