 Summary: I ordered holiday cards on a Monday. They state in multiple places that processing takes 1-2 days. I did overnight shipping to ensure I would have my cards by Friday of that week. Leaving town the following Monday, so I needed to have cards by Friday. Didn't receive a notice of shipment by Wednesday so I checked my account--they estimate the cards will ship ON FRIDAY!!! That's twice the processing time they guaranteed, plus even with my overnight shipping they will arrive when I'm out of town. I'll be sending my holiday cards out after the holidays now. If I had known that, I wouldn't have paid the $20 for overnight shipping. Actually, if I had known that I would have purchased my holiday cards from another source. To make matters worse, they don't list a customer service phone number. Only email. I have sent them 2 emails and received no reply. If I could actually reach someone to talk to, I could change my shipping address to my parent's house and would still be able to get my cards out before the holidays. But no phone and no response to my emails mean no luck for me. I can't believe a business would have customer service THIS lousy. You can't even call it that--it's customer NONservice. I absolutely will NOT be using York Photos in the future. |

 Summary: I still can't figure out how they got these here so quickly! I got over 400 prints & a photo CD in 2 days, + with the special discounts & free ship that were available, it only cost me $27.00.
I had spent hours & hours trying to get my photos loaded on SnapFish only to have it fail & lock up when it got 1/2 way through. From the time I found the link to York, until my photos were all loaded, order completed and paid & confirmed, was less than an hour total.
Also happy with the quality of the prints.
I know where I'll be getting my prints in the future. |

 Summary: Same thing happened to me. Didn't send me photos. I complained and they send back an autoresponse that says send them back and we'll give you a refund. York Photo looks like Snapfish, and it is sort of like Snapfish in that they take your money but different in that they don't give you anything in return. |

 Summary: Horrible customer service. You can only e-mail them. If you ask for "REFUND" they say ship back to them to re-print. I have not recieved anything for 3 weeks now. At first they may seem great. But it is not. How can I "ship back" if I havn't even recieved them? Save your emotions, sanity, money, and cool. DON'T SHOP HERE. Sep. 14, '06 |

 Summary: Pictures took longer than advertised to ship and all of my pictures came in the mail bent becase yorkPhoto does not know how to package picutres to protect them. Save your money and your sainity and forget These jerks |
