Summary: The fact is B&H is one of the premiere suppliers of Photographic equipment in the world. I personally have spent more than $100,000 on equipment from them over the years and I have never received naything less than excellent service from them. Many stores can offer cheap prices, and sometimes B&H isn't quite the cheapest, but they are usually very close. The difference between B&H and other stores, however, is how they handle you when something goes wrong. Every return I have done with B&H has been professional, smooth, and hassle free. For Photography and Video related equipment there are only a few places I will shop mail order. B&H is my first choice. (And no, I don't work for them - I'm just a very satisfied customer) |

Summary: People that say anything besides this store is wonderful, are crazy. Just look at the other reviews and their horrible use of the english language! The customer service is wonderful, and they help you with all questions,and make their own reccommendations for you, even if what they reccommend will save you money!! very very good company. best prices around. |
