Summary: Buy GPS Now has a bias customer review policy. I recent wrote a review for ONC6, but it was disapproved by the Buy GPS Now Sales Team. I assume that this was because I was not 100% happy with the software. In short, I did not think that it lived up to all of the hype. Anyway after emailing them, I learned that they routinely disapprove reviews that they do not like. As a result, a number of reviews do no make their website. I was unable to find the policy on the site. This is disconcerting. I’ve been a Buy GPS Now supporter for years. Unfortunately, by not posting all of the customer reviews they are engaging in unethical business conduct. Buy at your own risk!
